She was unhappy with the phone, believing it was below expectation, i gave her a partial refund but she was still not ok. When she argued for a full refund, i agreed, but couldn’t refund her immediately as it was 11pm and phone still with her. She threatened to call the police for a full refund immediately claiming i scammed her. Mailing has its risks, she pretended to use 2 acc to text too, crazy
