Great item but seller has a poor attitude. First, she misunderstands on purpose: says $12 mailed, I ask if $11 ok, she says fine but top up mailing. What? Obviously I meant $11 mailed. Otherwise, the ‘discount’ is useless. Second, she insisted on the cheapest stamp (for 20g only even if item weighed ~100g) and very thin packaging. Unfair to SingPost and the buyer. Item was almost damaged. Awful.

The fact that I gave you a discount is already a nice gesture on my side despite you trying to lowball from $15 to $7. Moreover, this doesn’t change the fact that I mailed out the item to you and even gave you photo proof and that shows that I was serious as a seller. For mailing, I did not use a thin packaging, I used a material that was suitable. You could have reached out to me about the damage but you chose to leave a review here. Clearly there are some entitled people on this platform.
