Seller was very polite, but I placed order while she was doing good deeds overseas (not a very gd timing). Slight hiccups as the normal mail took abt 2 weeks to reach me (got a shock), but the parcel managed to reach me safely eventually. Smooth communication throughout the 2 weeks of uncertainty, Seller was patient & willing to help. (Mutual trust is impt if you're an online consumer). Overall I'm glad that things ended nicely :) Thank you seller!

After I transferred her money she Took weeks to mail it out and it never reached me. Everytime I asked her she'll take about a week to reply. After more than a month it finally reached me. The Cap was flimsy and unlike the picture. The bill was flat and the Cap doesn't hold up like in the picture. Really disappointed considering she had good reviews
Hi babe! The cap was mailed directly after receiving it. We sincerely apologise if it doesn’t look 100% like the photo show . We are willing to add a free gift in your future purchase! Even though we check with the PO constantly, we apologise for the slow service by SingPost. - (She edited & added the part on us MIA-ing. We will never do that. We hope that reviews on both profiles by others will reflect the truth - she was said to have accused another and was dishonest. Very disappointing.)
