Dishonest person. Claiming item was not authentic & seen doc bcos of a *make up sponge*& demand for full refund.Unable to provide any doc receipt.In the end, find out that she is actually selling the same exact item on her own listing. So, my advice to u is at least made a lie which can be link and may God bless u to be more mature and be a person who have some INTEGRITY. Cheers 🙂. it’s called LATEX ALLERGY. Google it. so what if I did a spree from the actual shop? If ur sponge was authentic, I wouldn’t return it bc it’s cheaper. U’re twisting and assuming things in ur favour. This happened 3 months ago, seems like you’re the one who can’t let it go? I never threatened u, just compare our tones. I emailed carousell THEN because you ignored me - a responsible seller wouldn’t do that. Let’s just say if we communicated more amicably, it wouldn’t have turned out so ugly

Not a sincere seller. Response was slow and item was not even sent after a whole week long after payment. U shouldn't put the blame because i never remind you cos it's not my responsibility to remind you to mail out the item and refusing on refund bcos u will still mail out the item 1 day which is don't know which day is ridiculous. Disappointed. Not recommended at all.
I always replied u promptly, I’m labelled as very responsive by other users & carousell (unlike u). never blamed u for not reminding me + it’s been a week not more. never stated when u wanted me to mail but apologised anyw bc I admit I forgot and that’s wrong, didn’t try to cover it up. only informed u about no refunds, not argue. U make me sound like a nasty seller when I never was. posted the entire convo bc this is so absurd. don’t worry, will still mail it to u
