They are responsive to the chat and manage squeeze in 1slot for me even it was 4pm in the afternoon alrrady. Cleaning team cleared the oil filters as shown in their photos REALLY COOL to see the process of them cleaning . Thank your help and I hope you the team enjoyed the supper . Def my to go team

Substandard. Unit empty, straightfwd to clean yet there is dust, debris, hair on balcony tracks, corners, windows, drainage lid. Cleaners arrived 9.45am, called at 1.33pm said done in 30 min. This is 4 hrs 15 m, well below 5 hrs. I arrived at 2.12pm, rushed to make payment at 2:16pm. Only 4 min to check. All got digital records. U said 4-5 hrs to complete job, then shld schedule next job factoring in max time needed for previous job, not justify giving 30 min n rush for payment n go for next job. Didn’t want to leave bad review, but u initiated on my post. This substandard svc highly NOT recommended."

The boss (who I suppose manages the Carousell acc) relayed my message to the person in charge for the cleaning, who in turn informed the cleaner of specific areas I need them to focus on. The helper did an excellent job & managed to remove stubborn stains that I could not. Highly recommended 😊👍
