I have a very bad exp with this seller. She keeps on making excuses and had never posted out the item. I have made transaction since 4/9 but until now 10/9 never receive a legit tracking no or refund. She refunded my money today on 11/9.

Buyer reported my account of 7 years as she thought I'm scamming her of her RM88 purchase. She couldn't see any update of the tracking number provided via jnt. Jnt missed placed her parcel due to the high volume & festive season & I was updated late by them. Buyer has received the parcel 27th but my account is still restricted (29th Mar) 4th day now. As carousell is waiting for buyer's response.
