Shes fast reply and very nice 😊 the item arrived but unfortunately one color of the eyeshadow broke. Kinda sad but its not her fault. The wrapping is packed with bubble wrap and polystyrene but still broke. I recommend to tape the packing also cause eyeshadow a bit fragile 😢
