The first time experience was unhappy and horrible, cuz she didn't manage to post it even after a month. Then she offered to pay back my money. Then she ping me afterwards and I re-purchase again, finally manage to get the item now. I wouldn't call it a happy experience cuz all the long wait but it wasn't so bad either. Hence the Neutral feedback. Thanks.
