Tv was advertised as brand new. It was sealed and wrapped. Was unable to test the Tv at seller’s home as she was not around and had young kids. Transported the Tv to my office. Did not have the chance to test the Tv immediately because had to go overseas. After return from overseas, tested the Tv and found a crack in the screen. Informed seller, but seller refused to refund.
