This person has no respect for the sanctity of a deal. He offers in humor and his Word isn't worth a dime. Disappears without a trace, irresponsible and unreachable. I held his rental spot because he went dark the moment I accepted his offer and I wasn't sure if he got my message for the reservation fee, which he Nvr checked back or reply to. Holding his slot in good faith is goodwill wasted on an arse of a person.
