INSINCERE & IRRESPONSIBLE. Made Formal Offer & arranged meeting to collect but did not turn up. No response to earlier meeting confirmations but as he didn't have negative feedbacks on his acc, thot he will not renegade on his offer so went to wait for him. After no-show for "meeting", still no response to messages - juz MIA. Don't even have decency to inform change of mind, meeting cancellation or apologise for no-show.
