All you had to do was tell me you intended to check before buying, instead of sending an offer and making the seller assume you intend to make the purchase, only to doubt his credibility during the meeting. Not only you tried to find fault by claming it's old (which I've already disclaimed) and leverage it for bargaining that $2, you even went as far to suggest i lied by selling a secondhand book as a firsthand. Bitch.
