Genuine and responsible buyer. When she couldn't turn up at the appointed time and venue at the very last minute due to something urgent that cropped up, she apologised and transferred payment on the same day as a sign of good faith. This is much appreciated especially when there are many 'buyers' who simply fail to show up at appointed time and do not even have the basic courtesy and courage to send a note to say they would like to cancel the purchase.
