Experienced repeated tripping every time the water heater was turned on. Booker through Jan Engineering and the technician arrived on time as scheduled. He did a thorough load test and found that the breaker switch was overloaded and failing. He replaced the switch safely, checked all nearby wiring for burn marks, and explained how to prevent similar overloads in the future.

An appointment was made and James showed up — I must say, all the reviews before mine are actually very true. He had a smile from ear to ear despite the late hour. He explained to me in full detail of the fault that had occurred on our DB board after a heavy storm tripped our power.
