Dishonest ad. State digital piano has no defect or sunken key but instrad middle c key is loose and pitch wheel could not return to middle from bottom. Defect was NOT stated in ad and depends in buyer beware. Defect was not brought to my attention but depends on buyer beware. I could not hit the key harder due to testing late at night. Turns out he is a middleman reseller who claim to be a friend of the owner. Owner keeps mum about defect. I will not buy anything from this fella anymore
