Item received in used condition but as per description, seller mentioned watch is brand new. Watch is badly scratched on face and refused to admit. Tried to push the blame to me that I opened the box. How can I check the condition if I don’t open. I am willing to pay over retail price but this is what I get. Refuses to refund as well. Extremely dishonest seller. Description should be honest pls.
