Expected this buyer to back out at the last minute judging from her feedbacks. Initially expressed interested in my item and wanted to opt for registered postage. Vanished for a while and came back saying that she prefer to meet up, and "couldn't make it as something cropped up" Seemed like she is so busy she always have urgent matters to attend lol. Even questioned if my own feedbacks are 100% positive? "At least mine is better than yours :-----------------)"

Made an offer on 12 July, it's 10 August now and still hasn't replied :/ Said something about her card having issues and left it at that. Almost non existent replies

I trusted this seller. I chose to ignore feedback and he proved his negative feedback about him right. Don't waste time, and don't accept his offer. There's nothing wrong with his card, he's just making excuses and wasting time.
