Agreed to meet at 2pm, said was phone died so shift back to 3.15pm, which i agreed to. He has the audacity to reach at 3.35pm after agreeing multiple times 3.15pm. Not only that, he did not have the fully agreed fash amount & gave me LESS than what was agreed. Horrible experience.
