Buyer offered to buy product at the stated price. Seller accepted it. Buyer went silent for a few days before asking seller on the collection location. After being informed, he went silent again. After a few days, seller asked him if he was still buying the product, he remained silent. I saw the previous reviews on him. Apparently he has done this a number of times already.
