Bag was cute, but arrived ain't completely as advertised. Slightly used or like new- okay - but arrived with some chipped edges. Not exactly the expectations you paid for. Seller apologized, but that's all. "Not noticing" as an excuse and without offering any solutions or "compensation" is not good customer service. Be careful in keeping a good name when selling.
