Firstly, they outsource. Secondly, they use standard pre-designed logo samples in shuttlecock. No point wasting money though their description looks greats. However, I would say they have a good attitude initially but once they found out we can Google out the image, they stopped replying already.
Hi Fion, sorry that you had a bad experience with our service. Your case is an exception as we were working on other logos which were urgent so we had to outsource. Although the outsourced one was an original by the owner, you still did not want to accept it. After you request to revise it we have completed another design but the expectations from you is beyond our capabilities.
