Claim to be brand new, but when I receive it, it was open as seller “checked” before selling it to me. Error on my end for not double checking too, and realize the Motorola rechargeable battery was all missing. Seller willing to take the item back but it has been time lost and more money spent on buying the particular 300mAh battery.
