Expects seller to pick up the item and bear the cost of the transportation of the returned good. Explained many times that it is manufacturing and not a defect. Offered the buyer to come to my residence to take a look at similar collection and even offered full refund several times but buyer refused. There was no room for negotiation to get it resolved. Out of courtesy, I will still give a 5 star.
Seller's item measurement were different from listing and the item definitely has manufacturing defect (even sent her a video evidence of defect). It would not be reasonable for me to cover transportation cost for a bulky item when the item has defects that were not communicated prior. Tried to resolve the issue in a peaceful manner but seller got agitated and blocked me instead.
