Inconvenient and inconsiderate transaction. Insists to use COD but rejects item upon arrival due to perceived flaws despite my listing specifying that it is secondhand in nature. Shipment via Lalamove COD journeyed an hour or so from Antipolo to Paranaque by evening. Same driver had to return and I received my item again next day and I had to pay the return journey and reimburse the pabili payment

Buyer was not very responsive to my messages. He kept insisting on COD even if I said I only accept online payment. Nonetheless I agreed to it, but the Lalamove he booked did not even include pabili/purchase service. The rider was not informed he had to pay me upon pick up, so there had to be additional exchanges and effort made. Not a very smooth transaction but pushed through in the end. Thanks.
