Agreed on a price and time to meet but this person never showed up. No communication afterward, despite multiple follow up texts sent to them. This person is very unreliable—would not recommend dealing with them

User checked before purchase and now asking for refund. As stated well used still in good condition. Washed and add ons for the beans.
1 year ago (edited)I asked the seller on Carousell about defects before meeting and was assured there were none. At the meetup, I confirmed again and was told the item was fine. The cover was handed to me in a paper bag. Trusting their word, I didn’t inspect it thoroughly, only to find a tear later. Transparency is key in transactions—had the seller disclosed the defect and I accepted it, that would have been fine. To resolve this, I simply requested a $20 refund to cover tear repairing. Seller didn't refund.
