I bought a bag from Sophia, advertised as “like new.” She said the ONLY flaw was a minor stain at the bottom, but it had multiple other stains- on the front, sides, and handles. I chose her over a cheaper option because I thought it was in better condition (the other seller was just more transparent🥲). I asked to return it or for some compensation, but she just seened me (detailed review in pics)
Follow-up review
After seening my polite requests for a fair resolution, she finally responded after 2-3 days, when I resorted to saying I’d report her. She was unapologetic and didn’t offer any explanation regarding the poor condition of the bag. I was refunded ≈1/2 of my payment, but she clearly didn’t do it because she knew what she did was wrong.
