Bargained for item, set a date and time, and changed it. After confirming in the morning of the meetup that he/she will be coming, she told me 10 mins after meeting that she is still elsewhere for a rehearsal. No indication of whether he/she will still be coming. I have screenshots of the chat to prove. Made a wasted trip. Not recommended.
