Horrible buyer and time waster. Bought a filter working before collection. Still I told him will refund him if it does work. Got message from him couple weeks f days later that he can’t get it to work. Agree to refund him and fixed a date. Returned me a bag of 10cents coins in lieu of sgd10 change. Worst still, I setup the filter and it works perfectly. He obviously does not know how to use it.
