Said timer was brand new, but wasn't as description - arrived with batteries spoilt inside. Looked like old product. But seller is a good communicator, apologized well, and refunded immediately, and arranged to pick up the product. Seems like just a mistake of not checking product properly before selling. So I suggest ask the seller double check product is per description.
