This is my first time buying an item from someone on Carousell and I was not happy about my experience. After I sent in my payment the seller did not update if she had shipped it already. If I hadn't messaged her to follow up she wouldn't have informed me about a delay, which was frustrating. If she told me that there would be a delay it would've been ok with me but she just did not update. She also said the journal was new but when I received it, the front page had her name written on it.
