The size of the item was stated clearly in listing description. This buyer offered to buy and decided to pull out upon collection saying the luggage size is too large.

This seller don’t understand how a deal is made; I asked for PayNow after accepting the offer but he/she insisted on cash. Then I got a higher offer which I can accept and got paid immediately. That’s why I sold the item to the other buyer. It’s the right way any sales contract or deal is done. Please learn about making deals. No seller is liable to sell you if you don’t put a deposit.
Follow-up review
I mean this “buyer” don’t understand the system here; which is without a deposit, seller can accept a few offers and pick the best offer until a deposit is given. Then mark the item as “Reserved”, that’s the purpose of this status in Carousell. Finally mark as “Sold” upon successful sale and delivery. Don’t cry foul over things you don’t know.
