Bought a bag from her, which she stated in her listing as "good condition". However, the buckle was obviously rusty, yet her excuse was "I didn't notice it". How can you not notice something so obvious? So I asked for a refund and appealed to mail her bag back to her, but she said no refunds and she "can't do anything about it". I'm just really disappointed because all her reviews were positive, and she was so efficient in the transaction. I guess it's just my bad luck.
