I dealt with this woman only this morning 1/2/25 she ask me to add the offer and I did as she said someone is offering higher. I made an offer and she accepted. In the afternoon she said she is selling the item to whom can deal today. I told her that she had accepted my offer already. CANCELLING ON DEAL EVEN SHE ACCEPTED THE OFFER. Her fickle mindedness is another level. No words of honor at all

That is not what happened and you are aware as well. You offered $15, i told you i can deal at $20 as someone else offered $20. You then said you are not available for all the timings i suggested, and when I asked you to let me know a time that we could meet you ignored me and left me a bad review after. i clarified and you started cursing at me even though i said i was still willing to deal as long as you delete your review.. really kindness goes a long way, i hope you dont do this to others

The watch seemed fine – it was fully (and nicely) wrapped. I arrived home, removed the wraps and discovered a damage. The watch has been clearly banged. Nothing major, but if I knew before I would have asked for a discount, or wouldn’t have bought it. I felt cheated. The seller initially offered a discount – but after said he wasn’t willing anymore. Bad experience – hope he was honest

Hey bro. As discussed, we have decided to reach out to carousell to settle this. The wrap was a transparent plastic sheet, where any damage can be seen through the plastic if it were there. The watch was sold in worn condition not brand new, and I showed locations of existing damage. I ultimately decided not to give you the discount as carousell ruled in my favour given that the damage, which I previously did not see, was highlighted only after the deal, querying the origin of the damage.
