Palette arrived broken because it wasn’t packaged securely despite my request for proper bubble wrap. The bubble wrap used was very thin. Seller promised a refund but has not replied for weeks. Kindly reach out when able.
I have already sent the refund. It is true that there was a delay in sending the refund but it has not reached weeks to send it.
