Has sent an offer which accepted but din not replied back to numerous messages to transact. It let the deal hang for 2 weeks. My advised is to reply back to seller if there's a changed of mind.

Despite many bad ratings about the buyer, I could understand the slow replies is due to (I) her busy schedule, (ii) need time to coordinate to buy on behalf of friends and (iii) her language ability . She is fuss free buyer and tried her best to meet me right after her work on Sunday. Really pleasant to deal with her. Thank you.
