The seller initially agreed to meet at an MRT station but after the offer was made, and thought the deal was sealed, the buyer suddenly back out saying “ won’t be able to meet at this MRT anymore “ Throughout the chat I was repeatedly prompted to make an offer , even when I was just inquiring about condition. If the deal had gone through, it’s fine but it didn’t .
