Bunk bed delivered faster than expected. I had to pay extra for delivery so it was not free. Quality is great, and bunk bed very sturdy. Safe for children. Paid extra for assembly service - which took 5 hours to complete. Communication with team was quick and they are very responsive but only in Chinese. Positive and good experience. I would use them again for any furniture but not mattress.
