Seller was very friendly and sent out my mail the same day, LATE night. (Thank you so much !) Item received on day 3 in PERFECT condition. However, I received the wrong size of the item I bought and seller was VERY keen to do a refund. But, I choose not to refund and seller was keen to sell me the item at half price !! Definitely double thumbs up for such a understanding seller. ; mistake happens but never judge a person's heart :)

Was told that item was sent out on 30th Dec and till now have not received anything 10 Jan. Did ordered from seller, register mail prove sent on New Year Eve and hv receive item 3 days after that. Item ordered since 24 November. Left a positive remarks earlier as communication wise was smooth but now no reply and item not received.

We have replied to buyer. Buyer claims no recieve of mailed item, we acknowledged and process refund as our mistake. Buyer did paid for registered mail but we have overlooked and sent via normal mail. Buyer claims no self collection slip from singpost was found. As our usual practice, we will process refund without much question asked. Its ok for us to lose on our end, as we defintely have other customer who are satisfied and trust our service. No point scamming a $21 ... maybe if its $210. 😊
