有善，但未有自行檢查是否收到貨品的通知卡就告訴賣家沒有收到，最後經賣家多番向各郵局查詢時，才能知道買家已收到通知卡，最讓本人驚訝是，買家提出如果收不到貨品，是否可以退回錢，責任問題，讓我所有保留。 2017-8月由於本人已長居海外，現在才有空打開香港手機查詢App的內容，發現這位買家對本人作出不實留言及無禮之評價，現修改為「負評」，並有鑒買家對本人尊嚴有嚴重傷害，本人已特別撰寫有關電郵供本程式管理員觀看，希望獲得合適的處理。最後由於本人已長期移局海外生活，只有極小數時間回港及事件已過於太久，與律師商討後未能清晰地處理回憶事件及就閣下對本人人格的傷害，只能在這裡提醒這位「買家」，希望你自己尊重自己人格，不要向他人作出不實的「留言」，並堅持做回一個有責任心的賣家，並尊重社會上的私穩，不要作出幼稚及未經確實的陳述。本人帳戶將會停用，有關事項，希望管理員代為警惕有關買家之行為。

因為我男朋友比較少網購，唔熟悉郵寄既方式，所以先多問。退錢方面，其實佢只係問左一句。另外佢一收到掛號卡已經即刻講唔好意思同更正返，前後只有半個鐘。對於一個新手買家黎講，問多幾句同擔心少少換黎既係你既負評，好似唔係太公平
