Item came in great condition. We had encountered some problems with hhe courier but seller was prompt and responsive when we contacted her, and had helped us reached out to the courier to ensure things go smoothly. Would have been better if updated were given without prompting, but this may have been a fault on the courier engaged. Overall still a good seller to deal with.

Received my item in good condition, though after much delay.

Items now delivered but all the items are screwed into a wooden box. The delivery men just dumped the items and didn't help to get them out and so now I have no way of opening the boxes. Really unpleasant experience with this seller. I emailed them and no response.

It was easy to communicate with seller. Overall, it was a pleasant one except issues with courier service. I had problems with the courier service which seller used and seller was there to assist me. Courier company was horrible. Did not inform their drivers on updates in the change or delivery day and forgot to send my items TWICE! Have feedback to seller.
