Seller sold a "brand new" rice cooker which when further inspected, looked pretty used already. When asked if it's brand new, seller said "it's only been used once", go figure. Wasn't apologetic about the mistake and spoke to me like I owed him a living. Just saying it as it is. Strongly would not recommend
