This buyer after he receive the item but he's not satisfied and I said I'm so sorry for the mistake and tell him to return the item and I'll pay all the return fund, but he choose not too and come to Scold me with rude attitude!
hide the actual condition of books, claimed forgot to inform even I already asked... yes, he offered to return money if I send back his books.... but how many person willing to spend their time to packing and queue at the pos office ? that's why he can simply sell his books without double check.... What a rubbish seller I ever met....
