When shaking the Pop, I heard strange noice inside. After opening it, I found the plastic had become brittle and discovered several broken pieces inside, which was disappointing.

When shaking the Pop, I heard something moving inside. After opening it, I found that the inner plastic had become brittle and there were several broken pieces inside, which was disappointing. However, the Pop box and the figure itself are in good condition. The issue was only with the inner plastic packaging. The item was also well-packaged for delivery.

I’m really sorry your Pop arrived damaged. We carefully checked it while still in the box before shipping and packed it with extra care by providing multiple layers of bubble wrap, a protector, and a sturdy container to keep it safe during transit.
