Initial purchase was easy – chatted and delivered through courier (no protection so many light scuffles). Realised there is a defect – short of 1 connector bracket. At first seller said will confirm with the similar frame they had and offered to “return any money”. After checked, reject my refund request and sent the bracket instead (not sure how seller managed to get it), and was expected to DIY.
