I used the item for less than a week. i saw few loose screws and faulty & asked for solutions. But you rudely say my fault and don’t want take responsibility. Also, you show us very shortly and fast. I couldn’t saw it properly and blindly trusted you. I compared everything with another chair. If i am the fault here. Why one is okay one is faulty? I also offered you the proof and offered to show you the faulty in person. But you only read and didn’t reply. (I buy Rmhundreds chair. Not cheap one)
