(1) Made an offer with the deal closed on 19 Oct 2015. (2) Send a message on 21 Oct to say cancelled after numerous emails exchanged on meeting arrangements were made. (3) No ethics & honor to agreement. (4) Buyer blocked from trading.
1) Made offer on 19 October and agreed to meet the next day (20 Oct) at sembawang ( inconvenient for me but I agreed) around 3-4 pm. 2) On 20 Oct, before leaving home, texted to ask if meet up was still on. Replied saying he went out, meet up cancelled. 3) Why wait till I message you before telling me the meet up was cancelled? 4) Have to initiate and text him again later at night to ask when he is available for meet up. 5) Deal cancelled as both our schedule are very tight.
