Asked for the material composition of the sweater I bought. She said it’s 100% wool. Upon receiving, the sweater’s only 5% wool. Was able to return the item and get a refund but she did not reimburse me for the shipping fee I paid to get an item with an INCORRECT description. Not fair to have someone pay because of your mistake. Such a hassle.

Follow-up review

You couldve just said you’re not sure what the material composition is instead of claiming it’s 100% wool. It was your fault so you shouldve covered ALL costs. the audacity to leave me a bad review.

This was a personal declutter sale and I wasn’t aware of the exact composition. I’ve already resolved this by accepting a return at my own expense. Please be cautious and manage expectations when buying preloved items, especially from fast fashion brands sold at very low price :)
