Haha, I bought the item through Buyer Protection and paid the platform upfront. The option to release the payment wasn’t available while the transaction was still in progress. As communicated, once the platform team managed to contact me, they marked the transaction as completed. If you’re unsure how the process works, perhaps take the time to understand it before selling anything. :)
