The seller broke the promise after fixing the date (accepted offer) and just said it was given to others as the goods was not belong to him/her. I am not sure how it could be justified. If it was not belong to u, u should not make the promise.it is normal not to accept ur explanation in this occasion. In addition, I did not write any rude wordings towards u.
