I only asked for a proper measurement on tape. She sent me screenshots of the size guide. Which did not help at all. Then just cancelled my order kasi di daw kasya. How rude.

The reason I canceled the order is because I already sent you the size guide, which clearly shows the item is 25cm. You then told me your size is 26.5cm and asked for a tape measure photo. What’s the point of sending a measurement photo when it’s obvious the item won’t fit you? Additionally, despite being informed that I’m not at home, you insisted on me sending the photo. Who’s being rude now?
